AeJay is a graphic designer from Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and a minor in User Experience Design as of May 2026. With experimentation and curiosity for design, AeJay emphasizes research, exploration and refinement to each project.
He collaborates within the working design industry, with work spanning across branding, visual identity, posters, editorial, web & digital design.
His work has been selected for and received multiple awards and recognitions, including GDUSA Student to Watch, Midwestern Graphic Design Biennial, UCDA Design Awards, Art Director’s Association of Iowa, Flux National Student Design Competition, among others.

DESCRIPTION
This casual social networking app explores how digital platforms can encourage meaningful connections through continued interaction and support. Rather than focusing on one-time introductions or highly curated profiles, the experience creates opportunities for conversations and relationships to naturally develop over time. Through an approachable and community-centered experience, the project considers how social networking can feel less performative and more focused on genuine connection, shared experiences, and ongoing engagement.
